No. Changes that add or tighten obligations apply only to accounts purchased after the change — your active accounts keep the rules they were sold under. Improvements likewise apply to accounts purchased after the change takes effect.

TradeSport's modification policy is deliberately different from much of this industry, and the Terms of Service spells it out:
The rule: any modification that adds new obligations, tightens existing ones, or reduces user benefits applies only to accounts purchased on or after the effective date of that modification. If you have an active account when a change is published, that account continues under the rules in effect on the day you purchased it, until the account closes or completes.
Improvements work the same way: when the program improves — for example, a better payout schedule — the improvement applies to accounts purchased after the change takes effect. Existing accounts keep the exact rules they were sold under.
Why: some platforms in this industry have been criticized for changing rules retroactively to deny payouts on accounts already in progress. TradeSport does not do that — when you buy an account, its rules are locked in for the life of that account.
One structural note: trading accounts are also governed by Prop Account, LLC's Client Terms and Policies, which are maintained by Prop Account and updated on their own schedule — the current version is always at the link in our site footer.
TradeSport publishes the effective date of each version and keeps prior versions available on request.
