Where do I find TradeSport's legal documents?

TradeSport documents: Terms of Service (/terms), Privacy Policy (/privacy), Affiliate Agreement (/affiliate-agreement). Trading accounts, purchases, and payouts are governed by Prop Account, LLC's Client Terms and Policies (external link), plus a Trader Agreement with Prop Account LC signed at funding. Acceptance is electronic and binding.

TradeSport's legal framework has two layers: TradeSport's own documents, and the governing terms of Prop Account, LLC — the platform our trading accounts, checkout, KYC, and payouts run on.

TradeSport documents

  • Terms of Service — /terms — the contract governing your use of the TradeSport site and the services TradeSport provides (content, education, and the affiliate program).
  • Privacy Policy — /privacy — how your personal information is collected, used, and retained.
  • Affiliate Agreement — /affiliate-agreement — terms for the affiliate program.

Prop Account, LLC documents

  • Client Terms and Policiesdashboardanalytix.com/client-terms-and-policies — the terms governing trading accounts, purchases, prohibited trading conduct, refunds, and payouts. You accept these at checkout.
  • Trader Agreement (Prop Account LC) — signed when you qualify for a funded account, as part of the funded-account issuance flow.

TradeSport is an affiliate of Prop Account, LLC — all funding assessments are provided by Prop Account, LLC and all assessment fees are paid to Prop Account, LLC. The full disclosure is in our site footer.

Electronic acceptance. When you check an "I accept" box at registration or checkout, that click is your binding signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and Georgia's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. The version you accepted, and when, is recorded. You can request a copy of the Terms or your acceptance record at no charge.

If documents conflict: for trading, purchases, and payouts, Prop Account, LLC's Client Terms and Policies govern; for TradeSport's site and its own services, our Terms of Service governs (see §7.3 of the Terms of Service).
