Updated

The Terms of Service limit TradeSport's total liability for any and all claims arising out of the Terms or the Service to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

The Terms also exclude indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages to the fullest extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions don't permit certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Two related notes:

  • All assessment fees are paid to Prop Account, LLC, and trading accounts and purchases are governed by Prop Account, LLC's Client Terms and Policies (linked in our site footer), which carry their own limitation-of-liability terms.
