Disputes with TradeSport are governed by Georgia law with binding JAMS arbitration in Atlanta, individual claims only, with a small-claims carve-out. Trading accounts, purchases, and payouts are separately governed by Prop Account, LLC's Client Terms and Policies (accepted at checkout) and, at funding, the Trader Agreement with Prop Account LC.

Two sets of terms apply, depending on what the matter is about.
Your agreement with TradeSport
Per the Terms of Service, which govern the TradeSport site and the services TradeSport provides:
Governing law. The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. TradeSport LLC is a Georgia limited liability company. Any court action that isn't subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts in Atlanta, Georgia.
Arbitration. Disputes arising out of the Terms or the Service are resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court:
- Administered by JAMS under its applicable rules
- Held in Atlanta, Georgia, or by remote/video proceeding at the arbitrator's discretion
- Decided by a single arbitrator whose decision is final and binding
Individual claims only. Both you and TradeSport waive the right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.
Carve-outs. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court, and TradeSport may go to court for injunctive relief, to protect its intellectual property, or to recover money owed.
Your agreement with Prop Account, LLC
Trading accounts, purchases, payouts, and trading conduct are governed by Prop Account, LLC's separate Client Terms and Policies, which you accept at checkout — and, if you qualify for a funded account, by the Trader Agreement you sign with Prop Account LC. Those documents are separate from TradeSport's Terms of Service and carry their own provisions, including their own limitations of liability. Read them at the link — they affect your legal rights.
Read the full dispute-resolution and governing-law text at /terms — it affects your legal rights, and this summary doesn't replace it.
