TradeSport is available worldwide except in a list of restricted countries and regions, and in any jurisdiction under comprehensive U.S. sanctions. KYC accepts government-issued IDs from any non-restricted country, and payouts are disbursed worldwide via Rise.

Restricted countries
TradeSport cannot serve traders located in, or residents of:
- Afghanistan
- Azerbaijan
- Belarus
- Central African Republic
- Cuba
- Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Iran
- Iraq
- Kazakhstan
- Kyrgyzstan
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Macao
- Mali
- Myanmar
- North Korea
- Pakistan
- Palestine
- Russia
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Tajikistan
- Venezuela
- Vietnam
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe
Restricted regions
TradeSport also cannot serve traders located in, or residents of, these regions of Ukraine:
- Crimea
- Sevastopol
- Donetsk
- Luhansk
- Zaporizhzhia
…or any other country, region, or person subject to comprehensive U.S. (OFAC) sanctions or on a U.S. government restricted-parties list.
Everything else
If you're not in a restricted country or region, you can sign up, trade, and receive payouts:
- Identity verification (KYC) accepts government-issued IDs — you do not need U.S. documents.
- Payouts are issued by Prop Account, LLC and disbursed via Rise, available worldwide outside the restricted list — typically received within 24–48 hours of request.
You must also be at least 18 years old. Registering with a false location is fraudulent registration and grounds for disqualification.

- How is my KYC data stored, and for how long?Verification documents are processed by our partner platform, Prop Account, LLC, and its identity-verification provider (Sumsub) — TradeSport doesn't store your ID documents. Records are retained per their legal obligations; TradeSport's own account records are covered by our Privacy Policy.
- How long does identity verification take?Most verifications complete automatically within minutes; submissions flagged for manual review take longer. KYC is one-time — once you pass, it covers all your current and future accounts.
- How old do I have to be to use TradeSport?You must be at least 18 years old. This is verified during KYC, and accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are removed.
- My KYC was rejected — what do I do?Most rejections come from image quality, expired documents, or profile mismatches — fix the issue and resubmit. If you're stuck or believe the rejection is wrong, contact support@trade-sport.com.
- What documents do I need for identity verification?A government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, national ID, or passport), a selfie/liveness check, and — if requested — a proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, submitted securely from your dashboard (verification powered by Sumsub).
