Verification documents are processed by our partner platform, Prop Account, LLC, and its identity-verification provider (Sumsub) — TradeSport doesn't store your ID documents. Records are retained per their legal obligations; TradeSport's own account records are covered by our Privacy Policy.

Identity verification is completed securely from your dashboard. Your documents are collected and processed by our partner platform, Prop Account, LLC, and its identity-verification provider (Sumsub) — TradeSport does not store copies of your ID documents on its own systems.
Retention: identity-verification records are retained by Prop Account, LLC and its verification provider in line with their legal obligations as a financial-services platform, and disposed of when those retention periods end — see Prop Account, LLC's Client Terms and Policies for specifics.
TradeSport's own records — your site account, purchase history, and payout history — are handled per the Privacy Policy at /privacy. You can request access to or correction of your personal information by emailing support@trade-sport.com.

One-Phase and Trade League: before your first payout. You don't need it to sign up, buy, or trade — and you can complete it early from your dashboard. Once you pass, it applies to all your current and future accounts.
