KYC & Verification
Most rejections come from image quality, expired documents, or profile mismatches — fix the issue and resubmit. If you're stuck or believe the rejection is wrong, contact support@trade-sport.com.
Updated
A rejection usually isn't final — most are fixable. Common causes:
- Image quality — blur, glare, cut-off corners, or poor lighting.
- Expired or damaged documents — the ID must be current and legible.
- Mismatched details — the name or other details on your ID don't match your TradeSport profile. Update your profile (or contact support) so they match, then resubmit.
- Selfie/liveness failure — the check must be done live, by you, in decent lighting.
What to do:
- Read the rejection reason shown in the verification flow.
- Fix the issue and resubmit.
- If you can't resolve it or believe the rejection is a mistake, email support@trade-sport.com with a description of what happened (don't email photos of your ID unless support asks through a secure channel).
One warning: submitting false, altered, or someone else's documents is treated as fraudulent registration under the governing terms — it leads to a permanent ban and possible legal action, not just a rejection.
