What you install depends on the platform connection you chose at checkout.
DXtrade — nothing to download
DXtrade runs entirely in your browser. When your credentials arrive by email, log in and trade — no installation.
Rithmic — R|Trader Pro (+ free ATAS)
R|Trader Pro is a desktop application. After your account is provisioned:
- You'll receive your platform credentials and access instructions by email.
- Follow the instructions to download and install R|Trader Pro, then log in with the credentials provided.
- Your Rithmic connection also includes a free ATAS license — a professional order-flow platform you can install alongside R|Trader Pro.
Note: at first login, Rithmic asks you to complete a short market-data attestation (professional vs. non-professional) — a standard step for all Rithmic users.
Volumetrica — desktop platform
Volumetrica is a professional desktop platform. Your credentials and access instructions arrive by email once your account is provisioned.
Two notes for every connection:
- Your platform login is separate from your TradeSport website login — use the credentials from the provisioning email.
- Missing the email? Check spam first, then email support@trade-sport.com.
