Real-time market data is included with your TradeSport trading account — no separate data subscription is needed.
Where the data comes from depends on your connection:
- Rithmic — real-time data through the Rithmic infrastructure.
- DXtrade and Volumetrica — market data powered by DXfeed.
The data covers the full supported product list across the CME Group exchanges (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) — equity index futures and their micros, FX futures, metals, energies, agriculturals, and micro Bitcoin/Ether futures. The complete list is on the How It Works page.
Two rules worth knowing:
- You may not trade based on a data feed that is delayed relative to, or different from, the feed used by the platform (for example, running a slower feed alongside the official one to spot discrepancies).
- Data providers occasionally have outages, bad ticks, or pricing errors. Affected balances may be reset to the last known good state as remediation when that happens.
If your data feed appears frozen or wrong, see "My platform won't connect — troubleshooting" or email support@trade-sport.com.
