All sales are final once your trading account has been provisioned — and provisioning happens shortly after purchase. This is set out in Prop Account, LLC's Client Terms and Policies alongside our Terms of Service, and applies to:
- Challenge entry fees (One-Phase and Two-Phase)
- Challenge reset fees
- Trade League entry fees, reset fees, and bundles (unused bundle reset vouchers expire at the entry deadline and are not refundable or transferable)
Why: your purchase pays for a real provisioned simulated account with live market data — costs incurred immediately, whether or not you end up trading it.
A few related points:
- Blowing an account is not a refund event. A breached max-loss closes the account; you can purchase a reset (a brand-new account) at any time.
- A denied payout is not a refund event, and disqualification for rule violations forfeits fees.
- Confirmed billing errors and unauthorized or fraudulent charges are handled per Prop Account, LLC's Client Terms and Policies — contact support first and we'll help you resolve it.
If your account can't be provisioned at all — you paid but never received a trading account — contact support@trade-sport.com with your order details and we'll make it right.

- Are there any subscriptions or recurring charges? No. Everything on TradeSport is a one-time payment — challenge entries, resets, Trade League entries, and bundles. Nothing auto-renews, there's no recurring billing, and there's nothing to cancel.
- Checkout failed but my card shows a chargeIf checkout failed but your card shows a charge, check whether the item is pending or posted, and whether the purchase shows in your dashboard. If a posted charge didn't deliver what you paid for, contact support with the details — and contact us before filing a chargeback.
- Discounts, promo codes, and affiliate codes explainedChallenges frequently run promotional discounts — enter the current promo code at checkout to apply one; the discounted price shows before you pay. A standard affiliate code mirrors the current promotion — it credits the affiliate but adds no extra discount and doesn't stack. Premium Discount Codes add an extra percentage on top. Trade League prices are essentially never discounted.
- How do I change my payment method? There's nothing to change — TradeSport has no recurring billing, so no payment method is kept on a subscription. Simply use whichever credit or debit card you prefer at your next checkout. Your payout details are managed separately.
- My card was declined at checkoutCard declines are almost always issued by your bank, not TradeSport. Double-check the card details, confirm the card has funds and allows online purchases, and make sure the card is your own — the cardholder name must match your profile. Still stuck?
