My card was declined at checkout

Card declines are almost always issued by your bank, not TradeSport. Double-check the card details, confirm the card has funds and allows online purchases, and make sure the card is your own — the cardholder name must match your profile. Still stuck? Contact support with your order details.

If your card is declined at checkout, the decline almost always comes from your card's issuing bank, not from TradeSport. Work through these steps:

  1. Re-check the details. Card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP code must all match what your bank has on file — a mismatched ZIP is the most common silent decline.
  2. Use your own card. The card must belong to you — the cardholder name must match the name on your TradeSport profile. (Your billing address doesn't have to match your profile address, but the name does.) Purchases made with someone else's card are treated as unauthorized payments and are grounds for account closure.
  3. Confirm the card can make the purchase. Sufficient funds/credit, not expired, and enabled for online purchases (some debit cards block online transactions by default).
  4. Try again, or try another card in your name. A second attempt after fixing details often succeeds.
  5. Call your bank. Banks sometimes flag first-time purchases with a new merchant as suspicious and will approve a retry once you confirm it's you. Note: the charge comes from Dashboardanalytix.com — that's the expected statement descriptor for TradeSport purchases, so if your bank asks about an unfamiliar merchant name, that's the one to confirm.

If nothing works, email support@trade-sport.com with the approximate time of the attempt, the last 4 digits of the card, and any error message you saw. Don't include your full card number. Support can check what happened and help you complete the purchase.
