1. Install and sign in
Open the Downloads tab in your trader dashboard and download the Volumetrica platform. Install it and sign in with the credentials from your welcome email.
2. Volumetrica's own guides
Volumetrica maintains a knowledge base for the platform: Installation and First Configuration and How to create a new Connection, with the rest of the articles at help.volumetricatrading.com. Volumetrica is renaming its products (VolSys to Deepchart, VolBook to Deepdom), so some articles still use the older names.

- How do I connect to DXtrade?DXtrade runs in your browser with nothing to download: open the web platform link from your welcome email or the Downloads tab in your dashboard and sign in with the DXtrade credentials you were issued.
