How do I connect to Tickblaze?

Sign in to the Tickblaze Members Area with the username and password from your welcome email (use Forgot Password if the password is not accepted), then open the web trader or install the desktop platform. Your TradeSport account appears in the platform's account menu. Tickblaze's own Connection Guide covers the desktop setup.

Updated

Your Tickblaze account is created when your TradeSport account is provisioned, and your welcome email carries the details. Three steps:

1. Sign in to the Members Area

Go to members.tickblaze.com and sign in with the Username (your email address) and Password from your welcome email. If the password is not accepted, click Forgot Password?, enter your email address, set your own password from the reset email, and sign in with it. Your Members Area dashboard shows your TradeSport account access.

2. Open your trading platform

  • Web: click Launch WebTrader on your Members Area dashboard, or go straight to webtrader.tickblaze.com, and sign in with the same email and password. Inside the platform, the account menu at the top lists every prop firm you hold a Tickblaze account with: choose TradeSport, then the account you want to trade.
  • Desktop: download the platform from members.tickblaze.com/downloads, install it, sign in with your Tickblaze account, and add your TradeSport connection by following Tickblaze's Connection Guide (PDF).

3. Market data attestation

The first time you sign in, the platform asks you to select your market data classification and then to accept the CME Subscriber Addendum. Select Non-Professional, accept both, and continue. We cannot support traders under Professional market data subscriber status. The job title and employer fields are mandatory but not validated, so you may enter any values to complete the process.

Every TradeSport account on Tickblaze also includes the Tickblaze Advantage: your Academy and Marketplace codes are on that page.

Stuck? Email support@trade-sport.com and we will route it.
