Connection Guides
DXtrade runs in your browser with nothing to download: open the web platform link from your welcome email or the Downloads tab in your dashboard and sign in with the DXtrade credentials you were issued. DXtrade's own user manual and video tutorials cover the platform itself.

DXtrade is browser-based: there is nothing to install.
1. Open the platform
Your welcome email carries your DXtrade web platform link, username, and password. The link also sits in the Downloads tab of your trader dashboard, with the browser-based platforms listed near the bottom right of the dashboard overview. Open the link, sign in, and you are trading. A mobile app is available as well.
2. Learn the platform
DXtrade publishes a general DXtrade User Manual (PDF) covering login, settings, layouts, and placing trades, and its Traders' FAQ links to a playlist of video tutorials. Both are written for every DXtrade instance, not only futures.
3. The "Demo" tag
DXtrade labels every simulated account on the platform "Demo", including TradeSport accounts. Your account is not a demo: live market data, the rules enforced as published, real payouts. See "Why does my DXtrade account say Demo?" for the full explanation.
