Disqualification and enforcement decisions are made at sole discretion under the governing terms — Prop Account, LLC's Client Terms and Policies alongside TradeSport's Terms of Service. There is no formal appeals tribunal — but that doesn't mean you're left in the dark.
What you can expect
- A reason, where possible. The basis for a disqualification is shared so you understand what happened, and a written explanation is provided for payout denials where reasonably possible. Internal investigation methods are not disclosed.
- Graduated enforcement. Minor or first-time issues typically draw a warning rather than immediate disqualification; suspension and permanent bans are reserved for moderate, repeated, or severe violations. Severe conduct (fraud, deliberate exploitation, multi-account schemes) can skip straight to a ban.
If you believe a decision was wrong
Email support@trade-sport.com from your registered email with:
- Your account details and the affected challenge or Trade League entry
- The decision you're disputing
- Any context or evidence you want considered (e.g., an explanation of flagged activity, network setup details for a VPN/VPS flag)
What you send is reviewed, but the final determination remains discretionary.
What disqualification means
Forfeiture of payouts earned or claimed on the disqualified account, forfeiture of that account's entry and reset fees, and possible suspension or ban of your TradeSport account.
One narrow exception exists for community-conduct violations (behavior in Discord and other TradeSport community spaces, as opposed to trading violations): payouts already earned at the time of the violation are still issued, and your active trading accounts are not closed for community conduct alone.

- Are there daily loss limits? No. No TradeSport product has a daily loss limit — not One-Phase challenges, not Two-Phase challenges, not Trade League. The only loss rules are each product's max loss / drawdown.
- Can I use trading bots or automated strategies? No. All trading must be manual — automated trading systems, bots, and algorithmic strategies are prohibited on every TradeSport account, with no approval path. Discretionary use of standard platform tools — alerts, bracket orders, and similar — is allowed.
- How does the consistency rule work?One-Phase: no single day's profit may exceed 30% of the current payout cycle's profit target. Two-Phase: no single day's profit may exceed 40% of total eval profit (eval phase) or 40% of the current milestone's profit requirement (funded phase). The window resets after every payout. Trade League has no consistency rule.
- How does the drawdown work? (trailing vs. locked)Challenge accounts use an intraday trailing drawdown until your first payout (or first milestone payout on Two-Phase), then the floor permanently locks at your starting balance plus $100 and stops trailing. Trade League uses a different mechanic: a Limited End-of-Day trailing drawdown plus a $2,000 intraday max loss. No TradeSport product uses a static drawdown.
- Is copy trading allowed?Copy trading across accounts you own is allowed. Copy trading, coordinated trading, and account sharing across accounts belonging to different people are prohibited and are grounds for disqualification and forfeiture. Hedging is prohibited everywhere, including across your own accounts.
