Resets
Yes — challenge resets are unlimited. A reset costs the same as the entry fee for your tier and buys a brand-new account with a new account ID. Two-Phase resets always restart in the evaluation phase; there is no way to reset back into the funded phase.
Updated
Yes. Both One-Phase and Two-Phase challenges have unlimited resets. There is no cap on how many times you can reset — each reset is simply a new purchase.
How a challenge reset works
- Price: the same as the entry fee for your tier (Two-Phase: $165 / $265 / $400 list; One-Phase: $440 / $600 / $725 list — any current promo code applies at checkout).
- A reset is a new account, not a repair. Each reset purchases a brand-new account with a new account ID. The prior account stays in its terminal state (blown, abandoned, or closed) and is not restored.
- Two-Phase resets always start in the evaluation phase, no matter which phase your previous account was in. There is no mechanism to reset back into the funded phase — if your funded account is blown, the new account begins with a fresh eval.
- One-Phase resets start a fresh simulated funded account at the published starting balance, same as a new entry.
When you might reset
- Your account breached the max loss (blown account).
- You want to abandon an eval that's underwater and start clean.
- Your funded account closed after its fifth payout and you want to go again (that's technically a new entry — same price either way).
There is no time limit on challenges, so you never have to reset just because time passed.
